Reiki energy is the universal life force energy that flows through all living things (also known as Prana or Chi). As a Japanese technique used for stress reduction, relaxation, chakra balancing, and promoting healing, Reiki has become a preferred metaphysical therapy for self care, purification, and balance.

Reiki is a form of alternative holistic medicine where the Reiki practitioner transfers universal energy through their palms to the client. This is a spiritual art of healing. Reiki can be practiced both with the client present or through distance healing methods. Reiki is not associated with any religion, but rather a beautiful therapy that can relieve stress and bring harmony into one's life.

A once lost practice, Reiki was rediscovered by Dr. Mikao Usui during a spiritual ascension meditation on Kurama Yama (sacred mountain in Kyoto, Japan). Through an attunement process, a Reiki master is given the gift of Dr. Mikao Usui healing techniques.

I will guide you through a calm breathing mediation to allow you to get comfortable. Relax and listen to some music as your unique session will be dedicated to using vibrational healing with pure light life force energy to promote balance within the human system and to raise your frequency.

Chakras

There are seven primary life-force energy centers are known as chakras, which is Sanskrit for the wheel or disk. Their name is derived because of the spherical shape of the spinning energy centers that exist within our etheric body. The core chakras that are positioned along the spine include the Root Chakra, Sacral Chakra, Solar Plexus Chakra, Heart Chakra, Throat Chakra, Third Eye Chakra, and Crown Chakra. When you see the symbols that represent each chakra center, they begin with the petals of a lotus flower, where each petal has the Biji Mantra (seed sound)in the Sanskrit alphabet. Each of these sounds represents the different manifestations of the psychic energy connected to with that chakra and the energetic pathways moving through them.

Chakras have a significant impact on one's physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Energy centers should be balanced in order for our bodies to manifest good health. Balancing of chakras involves awakening and energizing through meditation, breathing techniques, and Reiki.

Translated as sphatika in Sanskrit. Crystals and gemstones vibrate at a frequency that resonates with energy centers (chakras) of the body to promote overall physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. They are part of the primeval earth.

As a healing therapy, crystals are used to transmute negative energies in the body to positive energy. During a Reiki healing session crystals boost the vibrational healing at each chakra center.

Crystal grids are a powerful and beautiful tool to focus on both your intentions and the natural energy of crystals. Crystals of various shapes are arranged in sacred geometric patterns to focus outside energy to the intention. A grid will strengthen a crystals energies. vibrations, and boost their healing properties.
